100 Skips a Day 2026

I’m fundraising in memory of Everleigh June .

So far I have completed 3,790 skips in
August for kids with genetic diseases

Total Skips

3,790 Skips

Goal

3,100 Skips

Why I’m skipping
I’ve signed up to do 100 skips a day throughout August to raise money for Children’s Medical Research Institute in Honour of our beautiful Everleigh June.

Everleigh was born with a rare genetic condition called WOREE Syndrome, with roughly only 200 cases documented worldwide.

WOREE Syndrome is a severe and relentless seizure disorder, Everleigh would experience 30-50 seizures every day. She was NGT dependant for all food & hydration. Required oxygen therapy,  frequent suctioning, multiple medications daily including rescue medications and assistance with all aspects of her life as she was non-mobile and non-verbal.

Our biggest hope it that one day we can find a cure and stop any more suffering.

Everleigh put up the strongest fight, until 5 weeks before her 3rd birthday in 2024. Now every year we skip in her honour and raise funds, in the hope that one day we can find a cure and that no other children will have their childhood cut short.

Can you help by sharing this message with the people you know and asking them to donate too?

I care about the 1 in 20 Aussie kids who face a birth defect or genetic disease. So, the research you and I support today may one day help someone we know, someone in our family, someone like Everleigh.

There’s lots of work to do, but there is also lots of hope.

Join me. Share this message. Donate. Thank You!
