Being a child with a genetic disease myself (Elhers Danlos-Syndrome) and only getting a proper diagnosis in my late teens this cause hits home for my whānau as well and whānau & friends with their own tamariki now going through their illnesses it’s a tough watch. 

I want to help the 1 in 20 kids facing a birth defect or genetic disease, like cancer, cystic fibrosis and many others. I'll be pushing myself this August because these kids need our help!

Every dollar raised from my challenge goes to Children’s Medical Research Institute and helps find treatments and cures that will save children’s lives. Your support will change the future for children living with genetic diseases! Let’s get it whānau!!
