I’m so proud to have already raised so much money for a wonderful organisation and it’s all thanks to the generous support of you guys!LETS DO THIS!
This August, I’m walking 100km to support Jeans for Genes — a cause close to my heart. I’m doing it for my incredible nephew, Oscar, who lives with Angelman syndrome — a rare genetic condition that primarily affects the nervous system, leading to development delays, speech impairment, movement and balance problems and intellectual disability. His days are spent attending specialist medical appointments and allied health therapy sessions.
Oscar’s condition means he faces challenges that most of us will never experience — but he does it all with incredible strength and determination with his amazing parents Jo and Brayden cheering him on. Every step I take is for Oscar and the thousands of other children living with genetic disorders.
Your donation will help fund vital research through the Children’s Medical Research Institute. Your donation will help keep labs operating, research advancing and hope alive for the kids and families who need it most.
