Walked up the road to neighbours with Reggie and Quinn (one of our dogs). Difficult pushing pram and holding dog lead haha. Very sore from yesterday but we soldier on

Holy demon that was hard. blew the cobwebs off the runners with a 11km run around our place. Very up and down, nearly blew a gasket. Need to find a flatter area
