Why I’m Doing Ks for Kids
This August, we’re taking on the
Ks for Kids challenge - walking to raise funds for
Children’s Medical Research Institute, supporting scientists who are working today to find cures for tomorrow.
We’re doing this for our beautiful girl, Nevaeh. From countless appointments and therapies to hospital stays and the challenges that come with complex medical needs, she’s shown us what true strength and resilience look like.
Every kilometre we walk is for Navy, for every milestone she’s worked so hard to achieve, and for every child and family navigating the challenges of a genetic condition or birth defect. We’ve learnt that progress isn’t measured by how quickly it’s made, but by the courage and determination behind every step.
Every step we take this August is for our little girl, and for every family walking a similar path 💙
