Your Impact
Jeans for Genes is an opportunity to teach students about STEM, leadership, and compassion for others - all while raising money to help sick kids.
Funds raised go directly to Children's Medical Research Institute to help our scientists find treatments and cures for genetic diseases, including cancer, and other serious conditions affecting 1 in 20 children – that’s nearly one child in every classroom!

We have something for every age, from preschools and early learning centres to primary and high schools, we provide everything you need to host a fun and educational Jeans for Genes event.
The most rewarding aspect has been seeing the difference we are making. It is truly heartening to witness the children’s understanding of the importance of this fundraiser, as it builds a strong foundation for their social skills, empathy, and overall acceptance of others. The sense of giving back and making a positive impact is something that resonates deeply with them.
Jeans for Genes Day talks about the importance of the event, how it affects children of similar ages and how we can make a difference as a school by fundraising money.
Jeans for Genes fundraisers are one of the easiest and doesn’t take time out of the classroom or involve too much effort. It was a no brainer to support and the students and teachers always love to dress up for the day!
The whole school, including the teachers and our office staff, love this simple event each year.
