I’ve signed up to do 100 skips a day throughout August to raise money for Children’s Medical Research Institute and help save more kids’ lives. Can you help by sharing this message with the people you know and asking them to donate too?
My story:

Two years ago I started my own health journey, determined to make a positive change. Since then, I've lost 26kg, gained confidence, and discovered just how much stronger I am.

When I saw the 100 Skips a Day in August challenge for Jeans for Genes, it took me straight back to my childhood. I spent 11 years in a skipping team, so I thought, why not combine something I love with my own fitness journey and raise money for an incredible cause at the same time?

Every skip throughout August is for a purpose—to keep improving my health while helping support vital research for children with genetic diseases. Every donation, big or small, will make a difference. 💙
