Rise for Rare: Standing Strong for Children with Genetic Disorders

We are Rise for Rare — a team of changemakers joining the Jeans for Genes movement to raise awareness and critical funds for children living with rare genetic conditions. Every dollar we raise goes toward the Children’s Medical Research Institute (CMRI) to support groundbreaking research, early diagnostics, and treatments that could give kids with genetic disorders a fighting chance at a healthier life.

1 in 20 children is born with a genetic disease or birth defect — many of which are life-threatening or life-limiting. For families facing these rare conditions, hope often begins with research. That’s why we’re committed to doing our part. Your donation will help fund scientists working tirelessly to unlock cures, improve therapies, and give these kids the future they deserve.

This mission is deeply aligned with the values of Area 52, a wellness brand dedicated to helping people feel grounded, balanced, and supported through plant-based solutions — like their premium THC gummies. Area 52 advocates for proactive care, emotional well-being, and compassion-driven science, making them a natural supporter of initiatives focused on health equity and hope.

Rise for Rare isn't just a team name — it's a movement. Together, with your support and the innovative spirit of brands like Area 52, we’re empowering research and amplifying the voices of children who deserve to live their lives to the fullest.

🧬 Let’s wear denim with pride and make every step count for rare genetic research.
