Why I’m skipping
I've signed up to take on the 100 Skips a Day Challenge in support of Jeans for Genes and the Children's Medical Research Institute.

Every skip is helping raise awareness and funds for the incredible research being done to improve the lives of children affected by genetic diseases.

I care about the 1 in 20 kids who face a birth defect or genetic disease.

Most people don’t know that cancer is caused by changes in genes—but almost everyone will be touched by it. So, the research you and I support today may one day help someone.

And I wanted to be part of something that makes a real difference, while also challenging myself to build a positive daily habit.
