I’m fundraising in support of my child, Jaxon.
This August, I’m taking on the challenge of 100 skips a day to raise money for Jeans for Genes and support the incredible work being done into genetic conditions like Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1).
For our family, this cause is deeply personal.
Our beautiful son, Jax, was diagnosed with NF1 when he was just 5 years old. Since then, we’ve navigated countless specialist appointments, MRIs, multiple brain surgeries and the uncertainty that comes with a condition that affects every child differently.
Despite everything, Jax continues to amaze us. He’s kind, resilient, funny, adventurous and rarely lets NF1 define him.
Research is changing lives. It gives families like ours hope for earlier diagnoses, better treatments and, one day, a cure.
If you’d like to support me (and cheer me through 3,100 skips this August!), any donation—big or small—would mean so much. If donating isn’t possible, simply sharing this page would make a huge difference too.
Thank you for helping us create a brighter future for kids living with genetic conditions like NF1.
