This is for a really important reason and something that is very personal and so close to my heart, something that we haven't shared with many people. Our youngest little man was born with a genetic condition that impacts him every single day; his health, his growth and his development. Although, he is the happiest little boy and doesn't allow this to slow him down in his own way, this is something that impacts him everyday and will continue to heavily impact him more and more as he grows older. As it stands now, there is absolutely no cure for our boy. It is so rare that not many people even know about it. As parents, not being able to find a way to stop this condition breaks our hearts everyday. There is no surgery to fix it, no treatment, no drug and no therapy. Ultimately, this will take his life.
Every dollar raised from my challenge goes to Children’s Medical Research Institute and helps find treatments and cures that will save children’s lives. Your support will change the future for children living with genetic diseases!
