Thank you for being here.

I’ve signed up to do a fitness challenge throughout August to raise money for Children’s Medical Research Institute and help save more kids’ lives. 👟🎽🦘

Why it matters:
 🧬 1 in 20 Aussie kids are born with a congenital condition or develop a genetic disease like cancer, epilepsy, cystic fibrosis.
 🏥 It takes a village to help families navigate challenges & modified living — nurses, doctors, scientists and other healtg professionals.
 🏡 It's close to home with my niece, my son Hilton's best friend, Luciana (2yo) having been diagnosed with an extremely rare form of epilepsy (ESES) 8 months ago.

As those two cheeky monkeys' are full of energy (their favourite hobby is jumping on the bed 🐒) this is the perfect fundraising challenge for me to level up ⬆️ my fitness while supporting a great cause.

The research you and I support today might one day help someone we know — someone in our own family or their support crew 💛
