Did you know that 1 in 20 Aussie kids are born with a genetic disease or birth defect? That’s one in every classroom.

This year, I’m taking part in Jeans for Genes to help fund the incredible scientists at Children’s Medical Research Institute, who are working today to change lives tomorrow.

I’m supporting this cause for deeply personal reasons. Our family experienced a loss connected to a rare genetic condition, and while it’s something we keep close to our hearts, it’s also why this research matters so much to me. Supporting this work is my way of honouring that experience and helping create hope for other families.
