This August, I’m committing to 100 skips a day to help raise funds for Children’s Medical Research Institute and support life-changing genetic research.
This cause has a special place in my heart. I first raised money for Genes for Genes Day as a teenager working at Just Jeans in the 90s, and years later I chose it again while serving as MacKillop House Coordinator at school. It feels really special to be supporting it once more.
As a mum, teacher and someone who cares deeply about the wellbeing of children, I know how precious every child is. The research funded through Genes for Genes helps give families answers, hope and, in so many cases, more time together.
If you’re able to support me, no matter how big or small the donation, I’d be incredibly grateful. And if you can’t donate, sharing my page is another beautiful way to help.
Here’s to 100 skips a day throughout August—for the kids and for the future. Thank you for being part of it. 💙
