Living with an extremely rare disease isn't an easy Journey..... a journey I have been on along with my family for 15 years but with the support of CMRI and my teams @ Westmead Children's hospital and John Hunter there is always hope for a cure with constant Gene and Stem-cell research.
My goal and wish is to raise as much awareness of rare disease and much needed funds to continue the research and future trials and treatment for all children just like me.
I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for the years of dedication, research, unconditional love and support from CMRI, my medical teams and most of all my Mum, Grandma and Papa,Ā family, friends and my community.

I was given only months to live but my Mum had other plans and would never settle for that prognosis. I am living proof that with research Miracles do happen. 15 years later I am still fighting everyday but will never give up.
