This year, we’re taking part in Jeans for Genes to help fund the incredible scientists at Children’s Medical Research Institute, who are working today to find cures for tomorrow.
Bowie, my nephew has Leigh disease, an incurable disease that changed his childhood. Unfortunately on the 30th of July, he passed away peacefully in his sleep after only 4 weeks after being diagnosed with this disease.
He is 1 in 40,000 to have had to fight this disease and with your help we are a step closer to assisting with finding a cure to save other children who have to face this challenge!
