On Jeans for Genes Day, I’ll be wearing my jeans to support genetic research through the Children’s Medical Research Institute (CMRI), and would love for you all to join in!Â
CMRI funds research into genetic diseases that affect children and families across Australia.
I’m also using the day to raise awareness of hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP) — a rare genetic neurological condition that affects movement and daily life, and is personally important to me, my son has recently been diagnosed with HSP.
Donations made through the official Jeans for Genes link support CMRI’s genetic research programs, which help improve understanding, diagnosis, and treatment across many genetic conditions.
Thank you for your support, whether that’s donating, wearing your jeans, or helping spread awareness.
