š Jeans for Genes Fundraising Page ā "Bright Kids ELC Supporting Isaac"
We're wearing jeans to support a cause close to our hearts š
At Bright Kids Early Learning Centre, weāre joining Jeans for Genes Day to raise funds for vital research into childhood genetic conditions ā but for us, this yearās campaign is personal.
Our beautiful Dolphins Room boy, Isaac, was born with Crouzon Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that affects the development of his skull and face. By just two and a half years old, Isaac has already undergone over 21 surgeries, spent months in hospital, and lives with a VP shunt in his brain and sleep apnoea requiring nightly CPAP support.
Despite it all, Isaac is full of laughter, music, cheeky energy, and an infectious love for life. He is a daily inspiration to our educators and children. We know many families have seen his bright smile and joyful spirit without knowing the brave story behind it.
This year, we're proudly wearing jeans not just for awareness ā but for Isaac.
Your donation will support the Childrenās Medical Research Institute and give hope to thousands of children like him.
Together, letās make a difference ā for Isaac, and for all kids living with genetic disorders.
