Jeans 4 Genes Run 2024 - 10th Anniversary Ride

Jeans 4 Genes Run is holding its annual charity motorcycle run going out to Bathurst on Saturday, August 3, 2024 

Come and celebrate with us our 10th anniversary ride!

Any kind of vehicle is welcome, as are learner riders/drivers. Families/kids are encouraged to join us for a no rush run up to Bathurst and a fun evening for dinner. Those closer to the Bathurst area, or coming from the other side of Bathurst to join us for dinner, are more than welcome so no one has to miss out on what is arguably the social event of the year with some of the best food and people you will ever meet (no pressure right?)

We are meeting at the beautiful heritage pub, Australian Hotel at McGraths Hill - corner of Pitt Town and Windsor Roads, McGraths Hill (https://www.australianhotelmh.com.au/)

Stands up at 11.00am meeting outside the pub from 10.00am

There are petrol stations and coffee close by to fuel up everyone and everything before we leave. Heading up to Lithgow via Bells Line of Road but participants, as always are welcome to take whichever route they prefer and meet us at the checkpoints

If you cannot make the whole event you are welcome to stop in to wave goodbye to us at McGraths Hill, come up to Lithgow for lunch and head off, or stay for however long you like in Bathurst

We will be stopping for lunch in Lithgow (venue to be confirmed and recommendations welcome - message the J4GR FB page). After lunch we will be heading to Bathurst and meeting at the Bathurst Visitor Centre car park for the group photo

Evening charity fundraising dinner will be held in the Panorama Bathurst from 6.00pm. Just let them know you are there for the event and they will direct you to where we are sitting. Usually we have use of the downstairs function room called The Tapas Bar to ourselves

Overnight accommodation is available with our host venue the Panorama Bathurst. Family suites are available. Secure parking available onsite suitable for cars, minivans, coaches and trucks

For anyone not quite ready for things to end, breakfast on Sunday morning will be at Nikki's Café on William - 72 William Street, Bathurst. Big serves of delicious food and truckie strength coffee in a relaxed environment is on offer. We will book a table so let us know if you want to join us

Registration is a $20 donation per bike, trike, car or truck (not per person) but if you felt generous and wanted to give more we would never say no. It is fine to pay in cash on the day

Please put "J4GR registration" somewhere in the message when registering so we know it is not a non-attendance donation and we do not come looking for you to pay on the day

If you want a tax deductible receipt for your donation/registration you cannot pay on the day and need to pay via the site beforehand. No receipts will be issued for registrations/donations paid in cash on the day but we will accept cash registrations on the day
