Please help me raise funds to support the amazing scientists who are enabling cures for the 1 in 20 Aussie kids who face a birth defect or genetic disease, like cancer (which is caused by changes in genes), cystic fibrosis (which affects the lungs, digestive system and other organs), spinal muscular atrophy (which affects the nerves that control muscle movement) and retinitis pigmentosa (which causes loss of vision). 

By participating in MOVE this Jeans for Genes I am challenging myself to grab another gear in my health and fitness journey, committing to be active for at least 20 minutes each day during the month of August.  I am not only investing in my own well-being but also championing for the future of the incredible kids that face their challenge every single day.
