Why I’m doing Jeans for Genes
One of our cherished traditions is Jeans for Genes Day. This fundraiser was started in memory of Pippi Graham, a student who fought bravely against leukemia before passing away in Year 9. Her friends organized the event to make a difference, and a plaque in the garden opposite the canteen honors her memory with the words: “Cherish her memory and let it live on.”
Since then, Kelley House has continued this tradition. Join us in supporting the vision Pippi’s friends had—to help find a cure for diseases like leukemia, so kids can focus on being kids.
