Hi my name is Bec and I am the proud aunty of my niece Livvy. Liv’s third birthday was spent in hospital when she was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis.I had no idea what cystic fibrosis was and what that meant for my niece. After talking to my brother and his wife and researching I was beginning to understand what was going to lay ahead for my girl and her family. I was soon after genetic tested and I am CF gene carrier.
My niece will be turning 23 soon and I couldn’t be more prouder of the strong woman she is. I’m doing this for her and others battling with Cystic Fibrosis.
