Why I’m doing Jeans for Genes
Anna and Chris Pratt’s son, Freddie, has a genetic disorder involving Chromosome 3p25. Chris wanted to do something to support Children’s Medical Research Institute (Jeans for Genes) and got creative. Working with winemaker brother-in-law Dale Wheeler - 3P25 Wine Project was created, with limited edition wine packs released each year with $10 from every bottle sold, donated to the CMRI.
Kicking off with their first release in 2020 with a Chardonnay the Pratt’s and Wheeler Wines raised an enormous $4730 for Children’s Medical Research.
Released in late 2021 they are back again for Jeans for Genes with all new wine packs, which include new releases of 3P25 Chardonnay and the first 3P25 Rouge. This release has already raised an additional $4620 in support of medical research.
