So far I’ve completed 0 Ks for Kids this August
Why I’m doing kms for genes?
As most of our family and friends are aware our little girl was diagnosed this year with a rare genetic condition and unfortunately there is little research out there on it. We are very lucky she is doing well but it’s foundations like this that will help us navigate her future. So this year I will be doing 60km in the month of august with support from family and friends for our little girl and kids like her so that they can have the future they deserve.
Did you know that
1 in 20 Aussie kids are born with a genetic disease or birth defect? That’s one in every classroom!
This August, I’m taking on the
Ks for Kids challenge - walking or running to raise funds for
Children’s Medical Research Institute, supporting scientists who are working today to find cures for tomorrow.
Your donation will help keep labs running, research advancing, and hope alive for kids who need it most.
Every step I take is for them. Your donation will help me go the distance and fund vital research!

"We will also walk 60kms during August to support this cause. Great work Emma."
